Das Team
Das Team der Stiftung Mein Beitrag setzt sich aus den ehrenamtlich arbeitenden Gründern, den ehrenamtlichen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern in Österreich sowie den den Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern in Neu-Delhi, Indien zusammen. Gemeinsam arbeiten arbeiten sie daran, Kindern in den Slums von Neu-Delhi eine bessere Zukunft zu ermöglichen.

Lokesh Kumar, MA BA
Social Worker and Department Head
Lokesh Kumar, who comes from a humble background, is the manager and department head of this program. Lokesh is an important part of our organization. He leads operations in India with heart, intelligence, and empathy.
He is deeply committed and dedicates himself to alleviating the suffering of children from the waste-picker community, as he experienced these hardships in his own childhood. With more than 10 years of experience working for various organizations such as CHRD SAS, Magic Bus India Foundation, Peepul India, and Bartimai, Lokesh brings extensive knowledge.
Lokesh has completed a Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s degree in Social Work.

Kanika
School Coordinator
Kanika, who has more than 6 years of experience in the field of education, works with us as an academic coordinator. Education is her passion, and she is enthusiastically committed to social causes to support underprivileged communities. She holds a degree in B. El. Ed and an MA in Psychology, and enjoys reading books in her free time.
With her strong management skills, she supervises and trains our teachers to make their teaching methods more efficient and effective. Her abilities in effective team and work management, as well as in building and maintaining cooperative relationships, are outstanding. She strengthens the community through relationship building.

Rubi Gupta
Teacher
Rubi Gupta is a passionate teacher at Stiftung Mein Beitrag and brings two years of experience in the field of education. Teaching and working with children from underprivileged communities is her passion.
She has completed her D.El.Ed. and has also passed the CTET exam. She enjoys reading novels.
With her creative teaching skills, she makes her classes interactive and lively through innovative ideas and activities for her students, thus creating a joyful and meaningful learning environment for the children.

Sani
Senior Teacher
Sani is a dedicated and thoughtful teacher at SMB. She brings over two years of teaching experience. She is motivated to teach children from slum communities and to support their holistic development. She has completed her D.El.Ed. and has passed the CTET exam.
As an innovative and resourceful teacher, she helps students discover their true potential and inspires them to grow and learn.

Ruparani
Support Staff and Cook
A kind-hearted woman who ensures that the children receive at least one healthy meal a day and don’t have to learn while hungry. She maintains our center with high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Her story is truly inspiring. She previously worked in sorting different metals at a steel company in Shahbad Dairy. During a visit to our center, she appreciated our work, felt inspired, and decided to join us to help take care of the center.

Stefania Ciarella
Volunteer Team Member
Stefania is a multicultural Italian who is married to an Indian and lives in Austria. She also brings with her experience from working with another aid organization. She is always ready to offer support and advice whenever help is needed.

Mag. Armin Lunzer
Volunteer Auditor & Accountant
Armin is in good spirits and gladly available for accounting questions even at 11:00 PM. With his training as a tax advisor, he brings order and structure to the financial management of this aid organization. With wit and humor, he handles everything related to numbers for the foundation.

Roman Frühberger, M.Sc.
Volunteer Auditor
Roman has many years of expertise in a senior position in the banking sector, as well as experience as a finance city councilor in his hometown. He is a key part of ensuring the four-eyes principle is applied.
